2009 Food Preservation classes

Ever wanted to preserve your harvest, but wondered about the best way to do it?

...then plan to attend one or more the food preservation classes held in Benton or Linn County. Canning will be emphasized in the classes, but we will also demonstrate dehydrating and freezing as appropriate.
