Week 2: OSU Plant ID website and Soils (contact Pami for a copy of handout)

Week 3: Pruning Ornamentals: Part 1 & Part 2 and Weeds

Week 4: Basic Entomology and Composting

Week 5: Small Fruits: Blackberries, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Grapes and Pesticide Safety

Week 6: Plant Pathology and Integrated Pest Management

Week 7: Vegetable Gardening and Household Pests

Week 8: Wildlife Habitat Enhancement and Discouraging Problematic Wildlife

Week 9: Lawns: Fertilizing, Mowing, Irrigating and Plant Propagation

Week 10: Fruit Trees and Pruning Basics

Week 11: Handling Tree Questions and Pesticide Safety

Week 12: Small Fruits: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, grapes and 2014 FINAL EXAM

**Master Gardener certification is valid for one year. After one year, Master Gardeners must take qualified recertification courses in order to continue as an active, certified Master Gardener. Please contact the Linn Co. Extension Office at 541-967-3871 for more information.
