4-H is a youth organization which provides opportunities for friends, fun and learning. 4-H has lots of projects and activities so you can pick the ones you like the most.
Here are some of the Marion County Project Clubs: dog care & obedience, fiber arts, foods, 4-H Adventures (kindergarten-3rd grade), gardening, horse, sheep, rabbits, photography
Just a sampling of the activities: Special Events, Day and Resident Camps, Leadership Development and Community Involvement, Youth Workforce Preparation Programs, Hispanic/Latino Outreach, Marion County Fair

4-H is the youth component of the Extension Service, which is a cooperative effort of Marion County, Oregon State University, and the United States Department of Agriculture.
4-H is a volunteer based, tax supported organization. There are no membership fees or uniforms to buy
In Marion County, the Extension 4-H Agent and 4-H Education Program Assistants provide leadership and training for over 425 adult volunteer leaders and classroom teachers. These volunteers work directly with more than 3,250 local youth.
