    Youth Enviro Squad
YES, or Youth Enviro Squad is a single-event commitment service learning program available to all youth grades 8-13 in Marion County, free of charge.

A typical YES day would include a trip to a site such as the Fishermen's Bend 17 acre restoration project we began in 2005. The workdays are usually about 5 hours, including free lunches. Transportation is provided.

Typical work includes, but is not limited to:
    Invasive species identification and removal
    Native species planting
    Trail maintainence
    Brush removal
    Waterway rehabilitation
    Trail building

If you are interested in participation in YES, download and complete the forms on the lower left corner of this page, and email the completed forms to Dan.Hoynacki (at) oregonstate.edu. The W3 forms do not need to be filled out for participation in YES.
