Resource FindingsTwo items related to resources. 5h. Sufficient program support resources, including funding, are being
allocated to my program area. 5i. Sufficient support staff are available within my program area. The two items in this group received below-average “NOW” (mid-2001) ratings, ranking 25th and 28th out of 29 items. For one of them – “sufficient support staff” – the Average Change (1995-2001) was significantly negative (p<.05). These findings are surprising, considering the level of funding for program support resources and support staff. No simple explanation presents itself.
