The Morrow County 4-H Leaders Council is just one more way to make the Morrow County 4-H Program yours! Meetings are usually held four to five times a year and any approved 4-H Leader is welcome to attend and participate. The Leaders Council provides support for the 4-H program through funding, promotion, and serves in an advisory capacity to the faculty and staff for the Morrow County 4-H Program. They also provide recognition of 4-H members and leaders, offer learning experiences, and serve as the sounding board for 4-H programming ideas.
2013 Leader's Council officers are:
Monday, May 13th at 7:00PM in the OSU Extension Service Conference room, Heppner. We will be discussing changes to the 2013 Fairbook - lots of important information will be covered at this meeting!
