MWM Volunteer Reporting

It’s that time of year again..... but it doesn’t have to be. Did you know that you are welcome to submit your MWM volunteer hours, stories, photos, or videos any time of the year? That saves you from having to remember everything you did in the past year, and it saves me from having to input all the data at the end of the year. You have several options for submitting:

1. Print and mail the volunteer form available on the MWM website: http://extension.oregonstate.edu/mwm

2. Submit your volunteer hours online using our new form. The link to this is on the MWM website (see #1 for link).

3. Scan and email me your forms, photos, videos or stories:
