Oregon 2-1-1 is an easy-to-remember phone number linking callers in need to available health and human service programs. Currently serving the the three county Portland metropolitan area with plans for expansion into Eugene and Roseburg areas.

Oregon Helps – Are you eligible for SNAP or 27 other services? Oregon Helps online tool does not ask who you are, and does not share your information with anyone. (Spanish, Russian, & Vietnamese languages).
