The Oregon State University Extension Service’s Small Farms Program will host the 5th annual farm direct marketing conference on Saturday, February 26, 2005 at the LaSells Stewart Center at OSU in Corvallis. Co-sponsored by the Oregon Farmers’ Markets Association, the day-long conference will have programs for growers who market their production directly to the public, for farmers’ markets managers and for community food advocates. The annual "Insights into Gardening," workshop will be on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2005 at Oregon State University. Sponsored by the Benton County office of the OSU Extension Service and the Benton County Master Gardeners, the workshop will feature an array of gardening classes, demonstrations, displays and an on-site OSU bookstore.
