This article addresses the question of whether fall prevention exercise programs at the community level, similar to Better Bones & Balance®, are useful in the prevention of various fall related injuries.  Based on a collection of studies and relevant reviews, statistical analyses were conducted and conclusions drawn that suggest the use of exercise programs designed to prevent falls do prevent injuries caused by falls.  Read the full article here!
