February
February is American Heart Month. Regular physical activity reduces the risk of heart disease. Adults need at least 30 minutes of daily activity; children need at least 60 minutes. If you add 1 extra minute of heart-healthy walking every day, you'll have 30 minutes by the end of the month.

Kids Can Measure the ingredients, and beat the ingredients together. If they are ready to use a hot skillet or griddle, help them use a spatula to turn the toast or transfer it to a plate. Be sure they are tall enough to reach over the hot surface without touching it.
