Try a family fitness challenge. Every Monday see how many curl-ups you can do in 1 minute. Every Wednesday see how many push-ups you can do without stopping. Each weekend, find a 1 mile route for a quick family walk. At the end of the month, take the adult fitness test on the President's Challenge Web site: www.fitness.gov.
