Kids Can scrub the potatoes, measure the spices, mix the oil and spices, spread the mixture on the sides of the wedges. When they are ready to use a hot oven, teach them to keep their face and eyes protected from the very hot air that comes when the door is first opened. Always use dry potholders or oven mitts to safely touch something hot.
