international design consultant will also help you create landscapes
that will age beautifully despite the problems you might
have.

Alec Kowalewski - Grass Can Be Greener on Your Side of the Fence

Alec will explain all the turf grass species that thrive in various
conditions found throughout the valley—shade, drought
and low fertility included. He will also cover all the primary
techniques (mowing, fertilizing and irrigation) and secondary
(cultivation and pest management) essential for you to have a
show stopping lawn. And if you think that might not be exciting,
wait until you hear Alec.

Andony Melathopoulos - Never Doubt How a Small, Thoughtful and Committed Pollinator Habitat Can Change the World

Andony will dive deep into how to create pollinator habitat
specific for the Willamette Valley, including plants, nesting strategies and host plants for butterflies. He will cover common challenges with building habitat and show you how our modest activities might link up and contribute to overall urban pollinator health.
