"Free admission and plant holding service allows you to shop for all you need for your landscape and garden projects. Stay for lunch, get expert gardening advice, sharpen your garden tools, and get a special gift for that favorite mother."

Gardening related vendors will again have booths showcasing their products and services during the Plant Sale.

The Country Store

The popular country store returns with more space for yard art, tea pots, garden tools, bird cages, planters, pots and more.

“We can repurpose your old rusty tools, tires, scrap material (metal or wood), fencing materials, patio furniture in need of some TLC, rebuild birdhouses and tomato cages, things left behind from previous owners, etc.”  Rachael Montesano, chair of the country store said.  “We’re happy to help you haul away any garden related items as you spring clean your garden sheds.”

Funds from the Master Gardener Plant Sale provide gardening reference books for Polk County Libraries in Dallas, Independence and Monmouth. Funds are also used to provide a scholarship to a Polk County student studying Horticulture at an Oregon state college, university or community college.
