You MUST be enrolled in 4-H by May 1st, 2017 to participate in fair with animals!

Due to our office Friday, June 30th

1. Entries - either submit online (above) or paper entry form (below)

2. Fair Participation Record

3. Stall/Pen Request Card (if showing animals)

If you cannot make it into our office to drop off these materials, you may email it to Carla at carla.cudmore@oregonstate.edu.  We must receive the items by 6pm, Friday July 1st.
