Keep it simple and easy. Do not stress.
The goal of record book keeping is to teach youth a life skill.
Record Books are required to show at the Polk County Fair.
You must turn in your books for a check off.
Required: Permanent Record - fill in name and information. List projects, enter at least one activity and one community service. Include a project record for each project you are entered in. 4-H notes or story are nice but not required, Photos and newsclippings are not required.
Remember: Records do not need to be completed.
We encourage all 4-H members to turn completed record books in for judging in September.
