Polk County Master Gardener Help Desk

Help Desk - Polk County Master Gardeners are available on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9 AM to Noon answer gardening questions.

 

Clinics - Bring your gardening questions to our roving Master Gardeners at the following locations:

  • Polk County Master Gardener Plant Sale in May
  • Pollk County Bounty Market in Dallas, July 19th & August 23rd
  • Polk County Fair, August 9th - 12th
  • The Oregon State Fair
  • The Hardy Plant Society Sale at the Polk County Fairgrounds on September 15th
  • The Holiday Fair at the Polk County Fairgrounds on November 2nd & 3rd

 

Polk County Master Gardener Plant Sale

Held on Friday and Saturday of Mothers' Day weekend at the Polk County Fairgrounds. The Plant Sale is the fundraising activity that allows the Polk MGs to continue to serve and educate the public.

Fall Fling, A Gardening Festival - September

This popular educational event offers something for every garden interest with enjoyable presentations and hands-on projects to take home. Fall Fling 2012 will be held on September 8th at Dallas High School. Call the Polk County Extension office for an application at 503-623-8395.
