Q:

Can I freeze jalapeño peppers and if so what is the best method?

A:

Hot peppers are easily frozen. They need no pre-treatment. You could remove the seeds before freezing. The peppers will be softer when thawed, so it would be harder to remove seeds afterwards.
Be sure to package them well for freezing so that other items in the freezer do not absorb the pepper flavor and so the peppers themselves do not toughen from freezer burn.
Handle with gloves!
