If you are new to 4-H and are looking for an active club to join next year, Leader Directories are available in the Extension Office.

The traditional 4-H program is available to youths from 4th through 12th grades.  Youth must be currently in the 4th grade AND be at least 9 years old by September 1, 2011, to enroll in the current year 4-H program. Youth who are younger must wait until the following year(s). Jackson County has numerous clubs, mostly project-orientated, for grades 4-12.

ENROLLMENT FORMS 2011-2012.  Enrollments must be into the office and paid by March 15, 2012, to show at fair this year.

Special forms and information specifically relating to the horse program are found on this site. 

Although K-3 kids may be active as 4-H Cloverbuds, Jackson County currently does not have any enrolled/active clubs for the K-3 level. Any participation at this level in 4-12 clubs is at the discretion of individual leaders.
