It's Time to Apply to Be a 4-H Summer Camp Counselor

All of the application items must be completed and turned in to the Tillamook County Extension office by February 13 if you want to apply to be a Camp Counselor for 2015 (applications will still be accepted but will be date stamped and may factor in if it selection is close). New applicants must complete 2 reference forms, but returning counselors and junior staff do not.
Counselors are current 9th - 12th graders. Ninth and tenth graders who are first time counselors will have smaller groups of campers, but will be full-fledged counselors.
All new applicants must attend Counselor Selection Day March 14 at the OSU Extension office in Linn County, in Tangent. If you have a conflict on this day, you must attend at least part of the day. If you cannot, you will not be considered for a counseling position. The training (for counselors & alternates selected) will be April 25-26 at the Oregon 4-H Center. Camp is June 28 -July 3, with staff coming in the afternoon of June 27 (Saturday).
