Club Members Present to Local School Board
During winter term SNACZ club members have been working on displaying and translating the data from this fall’s survey project. Club members are currently making a fun and engaging video that they will present to their school board this April. The video will complement the school board policy guidelines that SNACZ club members are presenting for adoption. These guidelines address “non-competitive” foods (those eaten or sold outside of the school meal program) and encourage a healthier food environment for the entire school – whether in the classroom, at the concession stand or during a fundraiser. Please come support your local SNACZ club by attending your local school board meeting!
