4-H Enrollment Forms
Members must complete all of the following forms and pay their fees to enroll in 4-H:
Members must pay $20 by January 31, 2013 ($25 after that date) in order to enroll in 4-H. $5 of that fee goes to the Wallowa County Leaders' Association and $15 goes to the State. For more information on the State fee click here.
