4-H is the youth education program of OSU Extension Service and is the only youth development program connected to the land grant university system and guided by research-based knowledge. The 4-H Club experience for youth in Kindergarten through 12th grade offers a wide variety of project areas. Reaching youth in Wasco County requires the help of volunteers! Do you have what it takes to become a 4-H Volunteer/Leader?
