4-H is the youth education program of OSU Extension Service and is the only youth development program connected to the land grant university system and guided by research-based knowledge. The 4-H Club experience for youth ages 5-19 and offers a wide variety of project areas. Reaching youth in Wasco County requires the help of volunteers! Western Regional Leader's Forum 

The first virtual meeting of leaders in 13 Western States is Tuesday, January 27th. The  topic is Youth Connect: At Great Meetings. Be inspired by adults (Oregon, Wisconsin) who help youth practice leadership at every age, and have fun at club meetings while learning and conducting business. See ways that 4-H club meetings are the right environment to include the essential elements: belonging, mastery, generosity and      independence.
