4-H is the youth education program of OSU Extension Service and is the only youth development program connected to the land grant university system and guided by research-based knowledge. The 4-H Club experience for youth ages 5-19 and offers a wide variety of project areas. Reaching youth in Wasco County requires the help of volunteers!
