We will mail a packet of information out to you about what 4-H is and it will include the forms you need to begin the volunteer mentor process. If you are not able to open the above form, and include the following information: name, address, and that you would like mentor information. A brief explanation of the process and some of the forms are available on the FAQ: Volunteer page.

You can support the outstanding programs, outreach, and teaching, at Oregon State University, Washington County 4-H Youth Development by making a gift right now. Make a Gift Online through The OSU Foundation
The OSU Foundation will send you an email confirming that we have received your information. We will also issue you a paper receipt through the U.S. Postal Service for your tax records.

You can download and print a Donation Form that can be sent along with your check through the mail. We will issue you a paper receipt through the U.S. Postal Service for your tax records.
** The Washington County 4-H program does not accept animal or equipment donations, due to liability issues and the lack of a facility to store animals and equipment. Other options for finding homes for animals and equipment are: CraigsList, The Oregonian, Nickel Ads, local newspapers, signs at feed stores, etc. Thank you for your understanding. **
