Ree and Marc will provide updates from the Senators’ offices. They will share the work the Senators are currently doing and how it impacts us in CPO 1, what is happening in the US Senate, and will answer questions.

Volunteer Involvement Opportunity!
Washington County Public Health Advisory Council
Recruitment has opened for this exciting opportunity for community involvement in public health.
This Council will make recommendations to the County Board of Commissioners and the Public Health Division Manager on matters relating to public health by advocating for equity, promoting community understanding and ensuring quality of services.
This committee will be comprised of fifteen members including state licensed health care practitioners and other positions including:
- Consumers of public health services
- Persons representing underserved or minority communities
- Faith community representative
- Business community representative
- Youth representative
- Citizen representative from the CPO Program

Washington County Considers Public Comment
for Area 93 Planning
Washington County’s Long Range Planning assumed community planning responsibilities for Area 93 when it became the newest part of Washington County in January 2014. County staff hosted an open house and created an online virtual open house to gather community input about the Multnomah County 2009 Area 93 Concept Plan which was developed for the area prior to the annexation.
