CPO 4B generally meets quarterly in January, April, July and October. Meetings begin at 7 pm and are located at Hudson Plaza, 12950 SW Pacific Hwy, Suite 125, Tigard, OR 97223

CPO 4B does not meet in November.
The next meeting is January 8th, 7pm.

South Cooper Mountain

The South Cooper Mountain Community Plan to Be Considered for Adoption
The proposed community plan adoption includes amendments to the City’s Comprehensive Plan, Land Use Map, and Development Code. The initial hearing was held on November 5th. A continuation of the hearing is scheduled for December 3rd. The City of Beaverton is proposing to implement zoning for the site acquired by Beaverton School District for a new high school within the area. The proposal is for adoption of the City’s R1 (Residential Urban High Density District - 1,000 sq.ft. per dwelling unit) Land Use (Zoning) District. The site is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of SW Scholls Ferry Road and SW 175th Avenue. This will be a new agenda item for the Planning Commission on December 3rd.


 

River Terrace

The River Terrace Plan to Be Considered for Adoption
Tigard Planning Commission and City Council will be considering a comprehensive plan amendment to incorporate the River Terrace Plan. This includes a River Terrace Community Plan, Comprehensive Plan land use designations, natural resource map amendments, and an amendment to the City’s adopted Transportation System Plan. The River Terrace Community Plan will guide development and investment in River Terrace over the next several decades as it transitions from rural to urban land use to accommodate needed housing in the region.

Public oral or written testimony is invited. Written testimony may be done prior to or at the hearings.

Land Use

Neiborhood Meeting - November 22, 1:30 pm
Bull Mountain Road 2-Parcel Minor Land Partition
Owner is considering a proposal for a 2-parcel partition along with an additional Tract for possible future redevelopment with the adjoining property to the east. The meeting will be held at the site (front yard).
NOTICE

Tigard Land Use Application - Ash and Frewing 12-Lot Subdivision
Request for approval for a 12-lot subdivision on an approximately 3-acre stie located at the corner of Ash Avenue and Frewing Street. Lots, ranging in size from 7,500 to 7,727 sq.ft., will be developed with detached single-family homes.

Tigard Land Use Application - English/Hayes 3-Parcel Partition
Request for approval of minor land partition of approximately 1.11 acres into three parcels. Resulting lots will be accessed from both SW 123rd and 124th Avenues. One parcel will retain an existing dwelling and be of a size that could be re-divided in the future and be accessed from SW 123rd Ave.

Ash Avenue Dog Park

Neighborhood Meeting - November 24, 5 pm
The City Center Development Agency is considering a change in zoning for the Ash Avenue Dog Park located at the corner of Ash Avenue and Burnham Street. The proposal is to rezone the property from the PR (Parks and Recreation Zone) to the MU-CBD (Mixed Use-Central Business District Zone). This rezone is part of a redevelopment plan to construct new mixed use building on the site. The City will relocate the dog park to one of two comparable sites just across the street. The new park will have similar amenities. Meeting will be held at the Public Works Auditorium at 8777 SW Burnham St., Tigard.
