Proposal for a 12-lot subdivision at 11980, 12030 and 12050 SW 135th St., Tigard. Meeting will be held at Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Station 50, 12617 SW Walnut St., Tigard.

Request for redevelopment of a 1.37-acre parcel for 15,085 sqft specialty retail store with parking, landscaping, access, sidewalk at 13125 SW Pacific Highway.

Storquest Storage Facility / Tigard Land Use File CUP2016-00001
Proposal to build a 3-story self-storage facility, approx 102,500 sqft, located 12740 SW Pacific Hwy. Street improvements on McKenzie, plus 16 parking spaces.

Fern Addition Subdivision / Tigard Land Use File SUB2015-00016
Proposal for a 4-lot subdivision of detached single-family homes at 14047 and 14033 SW Fern Street.

Viewcrest Subdivision

Proposal of a 6-lot single-family subdivision on approximately 1.55 acres at 1200 SW Viewcrest Court. Written comments due January 14 by 5 pm addressed to Monica Bilodeau, City of Tigard, 13125 SW Hall Blvd., Tigard, OR 97223. Include Land Use Case #SUB2015-00010.  Approved. Effective March 3, 2016.

Adequate Public Facilities Exception River Terrace / Tigard Land Use File MIS2015-00005
Request for a Type II Adequate Public Facilities Exception for subdivision site in River Terrace on SW 150th Avenue that currently has preliminary plat approval.
NOTICE - Approved. Effective March 10.

Public Hearing - January 26, 7:30 pm
Franzke/Ririe Annexation / Tigard Land Use File ZCA2015-00002
Tigard City Council to hear proposal to annex three parcels located at 14920 and 14980 SW 133rd Avenue into the City of Tigard for future development. Site is approximately 2.77 acres.  

Public Hearing - February 1, 7 pm
Polygon at River Terrace Edge / Tigard Land Use File PDR2015-00009
Tigard Planning Commission to hear proposal for a 237-unit planned development on property east of SW Roy Rogers Road and 900 feet south of SW Bull Mountain Road.  


CPO 4B Boundary Changes

A presentation, discussion and a possible vote will be held on revising CPO 4B’s boundaries.

The first part of the proposal is to modify the western boundary which would also affect CPO 10’s boundary.

The proposal would:

  • include River Terrace
  • move the boundary below River Terrace to end at Roy Rogers Road.

CPO 4K has also proposed changing its boundaries which would affect CPO 4B’s southwest boundary.

The proposal would:

  • adjust the 4B/4K boundary extending CPO 4K west to Roy Rogers Road and north to Beef Bend Road
  • move the boundary below River Terrace to end at Roy Rogers Road.
