Master Gardener ProgramDo any of these situations describeyou?
Do you need help?Call 503-725-2300 and the MASTER GARDENERS will come to your aid.Master Gardeners are trained volunteers, ready to answer your home horticultural questions. They are also available by phone and in person to help you solve your horticultural and pest problems. Call them any time between 9:00am and Noon as well as 1:00pm to 4:00pm and they will assist you. They also encourage you to bring in plant or insect specimens. Having them in hand makes diagnosis much easier. Hours: 9AM to Noon; 1PM to 4PM, Monday through Friday, all year long.

Are you interested in gardening andhorticulture?Do you want to learn more? Do you like to share your knowledge with others? You could be a Washington County Master Gardener. Washington County Master Gardeners are part of the greater Portland Metro program which also includes Clackamas County and regional programming in Multnomah County. The Metro Portland MG program is open to residents of Washington, Clackamas, and Multnomah counties. Jan McNeilan, Consumer Horticulture Extension Faculty, conducts trainings and supervises the program; Jordis Yost, Program Assistant, manages the volunteers.
