Mission and Vision

1. To build the capacity of Oregonians to understand, value, and manage our complex watershed resources.
2. To
   promote interactive learning environments that challenge citizens to
   learn and to put their knowledge to use and encourage individual
   responsibility, partnerships, and connections to place.
3. To
   bring together diverse skills and resources for the purpose of
   designing and implementing innovative watershed management solutions.

WE Team Vision

The OSU Watershed Education
Team (WE Team) will be widely recognized as the leader in providing
up-to-date, comprehensive, credible, and accessible information to help
citizens understand, value, and manage their watersheds. Watershed Extension is a vital part of OSU, and is integrated with research, teaching, and student projects. The
WE Team contributes their unique skills and diversity of approaches to
cooperate, communicate, and challenge and learn from each other, to
develop creative watershed and resource management decisions.
