Master Watershed Stewards Projects

Participating in an individual or group project demonstrates understanding and application of watershed stewardship principles and practices. We encourage participants to work with OSU Extension Service, a local Soil and Water Conservation District, their Watershed Council or other community group on watershed stewardship projects.
Projects may include the following:

Conducting an enhancement project on personal property or public land in watershed

Create a management or action plan for personal property or larger watershed area

Conduct a monitoring project or assessment of natural resources in a watershed using a methods approved by the appropriate agency or OSU

Plan, host or deliver watershed stewardship education event(s)

Use the group process methods to help a group be more successful in their work
