Counselor-in-training (CIT)

The CIT program is designed for youth who are interested in becoming camp counselors. This program will concentrate on leadership training, camp counselor skills and will include opportunities to work with younger campers while being supervised by staff. In addition, there will still be plenty of time to enjoy all that camp has to offer. Eligible youth will need to be in 8th or 9th grade during the 2018–19 school year. Interested youth can apply to be a CIT, using the online registration system. The CIT registration will close on May 10, 2019.  Applicants will need to pay the camp fee of $285. Once registration is complete, camp staff will contact and interview applicants prior to selection. This is a competitive process as there are only a few CIT spots available.
