4-H Enrollment Deadline- February 1st

Enrollment will close on February 1, 2020. This enrollment window is critical for youth wishing to fully participate in the 2020 Crook County Fair season. Youth failing to meet this deadline will not be eligible to participate in the 2020 Crook County Fair season (i.e. no confirmation, showmanship, livestock auction, static building exhibits, or eligibility for high point or premiums). Youth seeking enrollment after February 1, 2020 will be permitted to participate in other 4-H educational events and activities (e.g. club meetings, club activities, pre-fair contests, camps, conferences, etc.). However, they will not be eligible to participate in confirmation, showmanship, livestock auction, static building exhibits, or for high point or premiums.

Youth who have never enrolled in 4-H are welcome to enroll at any time during the 4-H year. However, youth will not be eligible to exhibit in the 2020 Crook County Fair season. They will be permitted to participate in other 4-H educational events and activities (e.g. club meetings, club activities, pre-fair contests, camps, conferences, etc.) provided club availability or registration deadlines for events and activities, etc.

Members, Parents/Guardians - In order to facilitate the enrollment process, please follow these steps in completing the enrollment packet.

  1. Member Enrollment Form,
  2. Youth Code of Conduct (must be signed by member and parent/guardian),
  3. Official Health Form (must be signed by parent/guardian),
  4. Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability (must be signed by parent/guardian), and
  5. Fee: $35 for first two youth, $10 per additional youth. Checks payable to: OSU Crook County Extension.

All forms in the packet must be complete. The packet must be accompanied by any and all fees. We will not be able to accept incomplete packets.
