Members who live outside of Hood River County must request permission to participate each year. Please fill out and submit to the Hood River County Extension Office for approval.

2020-2021 Hood River County 4-H Member Enrollment Packet for returning members only. Packet may be downloaded and mailed to the OSU Extension Office along with a check for the required fee. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, clubs must be approved for in person or virtual club meetings. Returning members should check with the club leader for resumption plans. New members should contact the Extension Office for instructions.
