Look at the Lane 4-H Community Club flyer to find a listing of our clubs. Youth interested in becoming 4-H members may contact the community club leader directly or contact our office and we will connect you with potential 4-H Community Clubs to join.
Once your family finds the right club for you the next step is to complete an enrollment form and pay the annual fee.
Annual fees include insurance for 4-H members, project materials, and programming costs. Need-based scholarships are available.
Lane County 4-H accepts youth enrollment year-round. Join by October 31st to save on your enrollment fee. You must be enrolled by January 15, 2020 to be eligible to participate in 4-H at the Lane County Fair and to request an enrollment scholarship.
Fill out this form ONLY if you do NOT wish for the University to record your participation and appearance on any recorded medium.
