Welcome to Polk County 4-H!
Polk County 4-H staff and volunteers reach hundreds of youth each year, helping youth make the most of a variety of learning experiences. Being a 4-H member or volunteer, is an opportunity for you to share and grow in areas that interest you, in subjects as varied as outdoor education, food and nutrition, shooting sports, animal science, art, community service and more. We offer events, short term educational classes and activities year round and are always taking new members!
4-H is open to all 5-19 year olds. Youth aged 5-8 are eligible to join the non-competitive Cloverbud program. The 4-H motto is "To make the best better" and its slogan is "Learn by doing". Use the side bar to navigate all of our pages.
