Breeding Stock Verification Form: If you are planning on exhibiting and selling two animals as part of the market program at the Tillamook County Fair, you must turn in the completed Breeding Stock Verification form along with a copy of your Production Records to the Junior Livestock Auction Committee no later than 11:00 am on the June Weigh-In Day.

Junior Livestock Auction Memorandum of Understanding: This critical document outlines all of the rules and regulations required of 4-H youth participating in the Junior Livestock Auction.

Market Animal Record: Please fill out this form and turn it in on fair weigh-in day if you are participating in a market livestock project.

Market Rabbit & Market Poultry Registration: If you are planning on exhibiting and selling Market Rabbit or Market Poultry at the Tillamook County Fair, you must turn in the completed Market Rabbit/ Market Poultry form to the Junior Livestock Auction Committee no later than 11:00 am on the June Weigh-In Day.
