Does warm weather mean early rose pruning?

This is a hard call as the mornings are still really cold and could get colder yet. Normally we would prune early February, but I think we are close enough to our normal date to go ahead, especially if you are on the valley floor. If you live on the surrounding hills, perhaps not. I think this may well be one of our early springs, despite the snow on the higher elevations this morning.
