Better Bones & Balance® Store

The Better Bones & Balance® Store is back open. We are operating with limited capacity, so please remain patient when making orders!

The Better Bones & Balance® DVD

This DVD includes an overview of the program, instructions for weighted vest use, exercise demonstrations, and a full 50 minute BBB exercise class.

  • Instruction is provided at 3 levels: beginning, intermediate, and advanced.
  • The entire DVD is approximately 96 minutes.

To purchase the DVD, place an order online through our store or by mailing a completed order form to our office. Purchase of a DVD will also include a link to stream the full Better Bones & Balance® class from the DVD on your computer or mobile device. You will receive an email when your order has processed and DVD has shipped. The Better Bones & Balance® T-Shirt

Our t-shirts display the BBB logo on the front of the shirt and include a prescription for exercise on the back.
