Are you a novice or seasoned hunter looking to improve your skills field dressing, butchering and processing local meats?  Join OSU Extension in Columbia County for a wild game butchery and canning class this fall! Learn to home butcher, wrap for the freezer and pressure can your wild game safely. This class will include hands-on butchery instruction and a pressure canning demonstration.  This class is for adults 18 and over.  Space is limited so sign up today!
