What could be more fun than making beautiful gifts from locally-grown produce!  In this class you will learn how to extract fruit juice from fresh-picked produce and practice making that juice into delicious jellies to enjoy year round.  Learn how to combine fruit juice with herbs from the garden to create unique flavors.  Participants will practice making a jelly in the kitchen and make a jar to take home.  This class is for adults 18 and over.  Space is limited so sign up today!
