Please join us for this class exploring the science behind safely preserving tomatoes and salsas using a boiling-water canner.  This class includes a hands-on lab where you will hone your culinary arts in the kitchen as we practice making delicious salsas from locally grown tomatoes, onions and peppers.  This class is for adults 18 and over.  Space is limited so sign up today to reserve your spot!
