Enjoy learning about canning high quality fruit, specifically apples and pears, with Oregon State University Extension Service at a public workshop in Redmond. We'll be using recipes and tips from OSU Extension's Canning Fruit booklets. Explore equipment, supplies and tips by making products in the workshop. Register in advance by Sunday, September 17. The class size is limited.
We will be working in small groups. Minimal COVID safety protocols will be observed so masking is allowed (bring a mask if you want to use one) and we will be washing our hands upon entry.
