Join us for an exciting exploration of two different types of home canning! Master Food Preservers will guide participants in safe practices as they receive hands-on training in pressure canning chicken and steam canning sweet and sour pickled cauliflower. Participants will enjoy samples and leave with an informational booklet and their completed goodies!
Pressure canners should have their gauges tested annually.
Community members are invited to bring their pressure canner lids to the workshop and we will make sure that they are accurate and safe!
