This class will demonstrate and teach how to season, grind, and stuff your own fresh Italian sausage. Each participant will learn by hands on experience and will take home approximately three pounds of fresh Italian sausage. In addition, the instructor will demonstrate how to make your own whole-grain mustard to accompany any tasty fresh sausage. Each participant will take home a small container of homemade mustard.
