Spice up your Oktoberfest or holiday event with safe home-canned mustard and dried summer sausage at a “hands-on” workshop taught by Oregon State University (OSU) Extension Master Food Preservers. The registration fee includes products made in the lab and OSU publications and recipes.

Class size is limited. The deadline for online registration is Sunday, October 19. In-person registration is due by Oct 17, 5:00 pm.

We will be working in small groups. Minimal COVID safety protocols will be observed so masking is allowed (bring a mask if you want to use one) and we will be washing our hands upon entry.

Cancellations (emailed) by Thursday, October 16, 5:00 pm Pacific Time can get a refund. Send requests to [email protected]. No refunds after 5:00 pm on October 16.
