Please join us in learning safe pressure canning techniques and best practices for processing spaghetti sauce which is a low acid food. No prior experience necessary. During class, participants will have the opportunity to prepare, process and take home jars of preserved food. Participants encouraged to bring their pressure canner lid and/or pressure gauge to be tested.
