Would you like more production out of your garden? This session offers tips for growing vegetables and berries to enjoy a long season of harvest.

This class introduces you to which vegetables and berries do well in home gardens and will share a few tips and tricks about growing some common vegetables and berries. Did you know that carrots become sweeter if left in the ground after a frost? Or that you can save room in the garden by growing cucumbers or zucchinis on a trellis? Or that strawberries should be replaced every 4 years?

This online seminar is free with advanced registration. Can’t attend live? Register to get a recording 2 days after the class.

Our speaker, Jane Collier, is an Oregon State University Extension Master Gardener. Jane’s expertise encompasses growing vegetables and small fruits as well as insect pests and their management. Jane and her husband farm their five-acre home garden which yields a bounty each year.
