Join this Washington County Master Gardener Association workshop to learn about vegetables that are typically not grown in the PNW, like the bottle gourd, lemongrass, taro root, black chickpeas and more.

You can grow an assortment of vegetables that make great conversation pieces and provide you with nutritious meals! Learn tips and tricks on how to start veggies from seed using a simple, homemade set-up. Learn how to cook them and take home some recipes!

The class will be led by OSU Extension Master Gardener (MG) volunteer Lakshmi Srinivasan.

*Class is approved for 1 hour of continuing education credit for MG Perennials.
